The train unfurls one mystery after another before letting you immerse in the natural wonders around - mighty cities, exotic jungles, historic forts and palaces, spectacular monuments and countless stories of Kings and Queens. And when you come back exhausted, indulge in the extremely exquisite ambience of The Maharajas’ Express. Two fine dining restaurants, a lounge and a bar await you. Not to mention, the ultra-luxurious cabins designed in architectural styles that flaunt the rich heritage of North-central India, Rajasthan in particular.

The five new itineraries designed for the new season let the guests embark on a luxurious voyage covering the magnificent World Heritage Sites at Agra in Uttar Pradesh and Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh, the exquisite forts & palaces in Jaipur, the wild terrains of Ranthambore National Park and age-old holy sites like Varanasi among others. Run by Indian Railways and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), the design and interiors of the train has been inspired by the Palaces of the Royal Kings of the bygone era.
